The Online Payment Module allows you to collect payments for conferences, symposia or any kind of event. Think about
- registration fee,
- sponsorship contributions,
- dinner, reception, excursions, other event costs,
- ticket sales.
The Online Payment Module can be installed with Integrated Registration and Abstract Submission Module. The Administrator view will give you an up-to-date overview of the current state of payments, abstracts and registrations. Book of Abstract can be automatically generated from the uploaded abstracts.
The Payment Module might be integrated with the following payment methods:
- credit cards: all major credit cards are accepted,
- PayPal,
- iDeal (for users with Dutch bank cards).
The Registration Module includes the setup of a registration form based on your specification, or our standard form that we used successfully at different conferences in the past.
The Online Payment Module includes the setup of an Online Payment Module with the fee categories and prices based on your specification.
Payment possibilities
Paying by credit cards
Payments will be executed safely through PayPal’s secure site: PayPal account is not needed for credit card payments, but it is also possible to pay through PayPal account.
Paying by iDeal
iDeal is the online system of Dutch banks, it is a payment possibility for people having a Dutch bank account. If you expect payments from the Netherlands, this is a useful possibility, because transaction fee for iDeal payments is much lower than the PayPal transaction fee.
Two ways to get your payments
Full-service: easy banking + customer service
Payments from the Payment Module arrive at our accounts at the payment gateways (PayPal, and pay.nl). From there they will be transferred to the bank account specified by you regularly. Payments will be cleared weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, depending on the amount and your requirement.
This the most convenient solution for you: you will just get the payments, you do not have to bother with setting up payment accounts. Further, we will help you with customer support: we help you answering customer questions related to payments and registrations. Past-time experience shows that in about 2-3% of credit card payments, questions might arise from customers.
You are in control: use your own account
We can connect the Payment Module to your own business account at PayPal and pay.nl, if you have them, or you are willing to set them up. Payments from the Payment Module will go directly to those accounts. Setting up those business accounts is free, but it comes with some administrative steps.
